“I actually transfered Henry's pics to jpeg's in anticipation of just this happening”

As of this posting time, they’re still .bmp on the tyvek page. Thus each picture is 2.5MB x 12 pictures = a little wait plus lost pictures.

Can you try making them as jpegs again?
