wandering_daisy member Registered: 01/11/06 Posts: 2865 Loc: California	Yes, it is National Park - no dogs. Only Blackcap basin Day 8, is National Forest. The Ionian Basin is a lot of travel over very sharp rock and really not suitable for dogs anyway. A trip into Blackcap and Red Mountain Basins from Courtright Reservior would allow dogs and is primarily on good trails and off trail travel is on smooth granite slabs.
