I'm right there with you Glenn. The older I get the easier the trail gets <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> or I should say, more comfortable <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" /> less miles like you, but greater enjoyment of those miles, instead of grinding my joints into dust daily.
