Glenn Roberts Moderator Registered: 12/23/08 Posts: 2209 Loc: Southwest Ohio	I like the military leadership principles. Everything I’ve heard at management training over the last 40 years was just a variation on the three things I learned the first day of 2LT school in the Air Force: you can’t lead from behind; sometimes others have good ideas, too; and officers eat last.
