Just posted this week: Andrew Skurka on rain jackets/rain pants Long, but lots of good info. His conclusions are somewhat similar to mine, interestingly. Ive been in lots of horrible weather, but not like he has! Backpackgeartest.org is somewhat limited in scope but is an excellent source for really thorough reviews. The testers really put the gear through its paces! The link I gave is for the rain jackets/pants section.
