Take a look at the Elemental Horizons Aquilo. I have the smaller version of this pack, the Kalais and I love it. The Aquilo and Kalais have the same suspension which, with the optional (required IMO) stay transfers the load to the hip belt better than any other pack I have ever used. And, the hip belt system with two cinch belts makes the belt conform comfortably to ones hips even with heavy (35 lb) loads.
