You are dead on aimless . One of the reasons I have been hesitant to post the pic is that it is such a lousy set up. He had much better setups for rain and even though I was sleeping on one of the sides, I stayed dry and toasty. This is the only pic I have though; usually the larger sheet was on top and the smaller on the bottom. Pic is from 1971.
