arcane member Registered: 05/24/10 Posts: 21 Loc: WV	Good Post! It's true that getting out there is more important than acquiring the lightest equipment available. Hindsight is 20/20 though and I wish I had known about this site before I acquired my big 3! My big 3 weigh in at 15 lbs, and I know I could have found a lighter shelter and pack for around the same amount of money that I spent.
