My PT showed me what exercises to do to rehab my shoulder.
It was up to me to do them.
Did it hurt? Heck yes!
Did I do them? Heck yes!
Once I got through the first ones, I went back for more to continue strengthening my muscles.

I found the e-stem to be very helpful.
