Hi, Jason - it's been awhile; welcome back. I haven't had any trouble rolling my NeoAir and getting it into the proper stuff sack. However, I'm finding that it's just as efficient to leave the Neoair in the Compack chair kit, fold the chair in half (covering the pad with a nylon shell, just like a sack), then rolling the chair around the stays. It's not quite as small, but then I'm not trying to get everything into a teeny tiny pack. smile

I haven't tried it in seriously cold weather (freezing or below), but so far I really like the NeoAir. It's very comfortable and kept me warm at 45 degrees or so. I'm also using it with the Ventra quilt, which I also like except for the weight. (You could pass along a suggestion to CD to make a "Ventra XLT" version with 850-fill down, perhaps sold only on their website if dealers won't stock it due to limited demand. I know I'd pay an extra $100 or $150 dollars to save an extra half pound.)
