kbennett member Registered: 10/27/03 Posts: 820 Loc: north carolina	My hiking partner complained for years about his pads -- various closed cell foam and thin (light) Thermarests. He has back problems, and never slept well on the trail. On the last trip he had a new Big Agnes Insulated Air Core pad, and said it was the first time ever that he slept well while hiking. _________________________ --Ken B
