I weighs little and has an FM radio function. So in itself it is multi function. Except for the fact that the radio doesn't pick up a signal in the backcountry. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" />
The best multi use functional piece of gear that I can think of is a length of line or rope.
