Haven't had it in years, or even seen it in stores recently, but the Mayacamas brand mulligatawny soup was always one of my favorites. Also pasta with a blend of their Alfredo and Pesto sauce mixes (for a big group), preferably with added fresh garlic and olive oil, was a great dinner.
