Particularly since he owns Virtika outdoor products.

My guess is for the exposure. Isn't there a saying about how no exposure is bad, or something like that? It's especially telling that he already had one court case against him pending when he did the same thing again. My first thought was some people never learn, but he probably knows full well what he's doing. The kindest thing you could say about him is that maybe he's not very smart, but unfortunately, I don't think that's the case.

Because he's yet another jerk who thinks rules don't apply to him, perhaps also another bundy-type who thinks the govt. shouldn't 'own' any land, etc. etc. I hope he gets jail time.

1. You can’t fix stupid.
2. Don’t buy anything his company makes or sells.
3. If you see his company’s ads anywhere, register a complaint with the media source (newspapers, radio, magazine, TV, website, etc.) and tell them you’re considering cancelling your subscription.

Jerks gonna jerk. I presume he sells things to the "Hardy-har, you sure owned the enviros, dude" crowd, the same ones who love the Bundys.

Still, what a maroon.
