While the clip was too short, I saw several familiar scenes from Colorado and Wyoming, even though I've only been on a few short sections of the CDT!
Like the trail, I wish it could have been longer too!
People have really short attention spans nowadays, though. I've found that there's a huge dropoff in audience retention after the 5-minute mark, regardless of the content.
just on a side note, great song for a soundtrack! I never heard of her before, but I immediately went to her website to see if she was touring anywhere near me (she's not). The music sounds a lot like Crooked Still to me, a fav of mine.
the last month or so I've been researching long distance trails (like cdt) and always wondered what the trail looks.. I have to wonder if the camera was on the whole time?

That's pretty cool, thanks for sharing it, Jester!!
Recognized a few areas along the way-Wind Rivers, Yellowstone. Ran into 3 guys on Battle Pass in southern Wyoming a few years back that were doing it. They said it was unbelievable!
It's definitely not on my list but it's an amazing trek for sure.
Interesting watch! But your camera is a bit too shaky at times. If you compile your videos on Premiere pro, do use the effect Warp Stabilizer. It works like magic. Best of luck!
