ETSU Pride member Registered: 10/25/10 Posts: 933 Loc: Knoxville, TN	I just reserved a backcountry permit for the weekend and I asked the lady about the fee. The fee starts February 2013 when they get a software system implanted to reserve campsites. Just passing information along for people planning future trips in the Smokies.
