Looking for recommendations for a good trail head breakfast. I reach the trail head the night before and sleep in or near my vehicle. I get up early and don't want to cook or clean, but want a tasty nutritious meal that will keep me going through the morning. I am not concerned about weight as I am not carrying this on my back. I normally eat a danish, a banana, and some orange juice, but this seems like a bunch of sugar, with no lasting, complex carbs. It sure is easy to get down, though. What do you guys eat in this situation?
Breakfast burritos. Pre-cook everything and just put it together at the trail head. If you prefer them warm, heating everything in the tortillas keeps the pan clean.

Since weight is not an issue in this situation, consider any sort of sandwich/wrap/burrito. What law says that a sausage/cheese/egg sandwich has to be hot? Alternatively, eat your usual, but add a couple of hard-cooked eggs and/or any cooked meat.
