.....would I cook this way without Teflon or hard anodized aluminum? Heck-o-ll-a no. A couple paper towels and the cleanup is mostly done - then a quick rinse. I still believe in avoiding doing dishes if I can <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

The next one in the series is FBC style, it was shot up at Mt. Baker/Shuksan <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I am figuring it will come out early next week.
