I been training pretty regular for my big hike and slowly getting there. But now the kids want to hike with me and we usually do 2-3 miles roads or 1-2 miles trail/bushing. we really enjoy hiking together and the time spend together.But, I really can't get my hiking speed and distance w the kids. Does anybody have any ideas of how I still can achieve my training in the short distances and short time? My kids are both 7-9 years old and pretty active. I really can't leave them home while I train and they really enjoy being able to be with their Dad and they actually seem to talk more with me on the hikes then at home being distracted with the t.v/xbox.Thanks Ron
