Here in DFW, we had over 6 inches in roughly 12 hours. It rained for about 18 hours all together. I'm sure Dryer saw plenty of flooding down in south Dallas.

Unfortunately, one teenage boy is missing and presumed drowned from playing around a drainage area. He slipped in and got swept away.

More people die in Texas from flash flooding than any other form of natural 'disaster'.

One couple even drove around a barricade and had to be rescued from the top of their SUV.
I just don't get it. I can hear her now, "Honey, I think we should turn around."

"Naw, we can make it."

"Uh honey, there's water coming through the door."
