I did a fast jog/walk on the dirt/gravel mountain bike trail in the park...about an hours worth and so far so good. I'll keep trying them out. They do have some funky runners knot at the top, which I like. It holds my heel in nicely. I'll keep updating as things progress. I want to wear a light pack for the real test.

I also bought 1/2 size larger, which is a first for me. But I have learned in the past, that daily mileage of 15+ miles make my feet swell a bit. I will be doing an upcoming long distance hike and I'm sure that will happen.
