Here's one of my favorite receipes - Hearty Clam Chowder

In your pot, bring

1.5 cups water
1 package Knorr Leet soup to a near boil

1 can baby clams in olive oil - add all of the oil (worth the weight!)
1/3 cup instant mashed potatoes

Mix and serve

I like using the small cans of clams with the pull top lids.
