I put an artificial silk sleep sack over my sleeping pad.

To eliminate side drafts, you can add something like shock cord to help pull the edges of the quilt underneath the edges of your sleeping pad.

So far I've used the quilt in temps as high as 50 degrees, since it is really easy to regulate temp. I hope to start testing the lower limits soon.
