Agreed. While it is obvious that this woman was like almost every day hiker who ever got in bad straits, in that she was very ill-prepared to spend an unscheduled night outdoors, and was apparently blithely unaware of what was required to keep herself safe while solo hiking in the desert, some of the commentors seem to think she should have been equipped for an arctic expedition.
