My wife has Reynaud's, a side effect of lupus. She's tried using a standard glove "system", light liners, fleece inner, and a good shell mitt. The liners didn't work. Her hands stayed warmer without the liners. Liners may restrict circulation. I like liners in that you can remove outer layers for delicate tasks, I'm going to get her a loose-fitting pair of liners and see if that helps. She may have to go to an all mitt solution, with the liner, insulator and shell being mitts.
