I do a (Veg) Black Bean Chilli with a recipe from "The Green's Cookbook" by Deborah Madison.

I cook it up and the dehydrate it.

I pre-cook the dehydrate my Ouiona.

Then on a trip I take 2 parts chilli to one part quinoa for a meal. About 5.5 oz

This will cook (rehydrate) with 1/2 oz of alcohol and 10-12 oz water with a Caldera Cone.


I do similar with Kidney beans but break them up a bit at the end.
