"Cheap" can mean inexpensive to purchase, or, like my Cabela's Thermastat polyester mid weight long johns, cheap B/C I've had 'em over 10 years and they are still almost like new despite consant winter use. (At least 35 days a winter)

So cheap to me is good quality but long lasting. Cheap therefore is $$/year of use.
