I think that the way every thing is "arranged" by the government, that if we did just the opposite of what they tell us we would be the safest. They have no concern for us what-so-ever and to think they would actually tell the truth about any product that they endorsed would be just under insane. If some of you have been doing freezer bag cooking and have had no negative affect, then either there is no harm in it or the harm would seem to be long term. Me myself, I am just not a risk taker. I did enough of that when I was a lot younger and got away with it (I think, any way) and I just don't like taking chances...sabre11004
