Yep, the only good way to ship out the country is via USPS. Even Alaska can have intense gouging by UPS!

But....many companies won't ship food out of the US due to tight custom rules. The paperwork isn't worth it. I ship around 10 International orders a week for my business and my suggestion is no food in the orders.

When I worked for the Thai importer we would do all International orders on one day, often on Fridays. We did NOT ship food out, only cooking gear. And it had to go via mail. Same with Alaska - it had to go postal.

Otherwise we got fleeced shipping - and so did the customer.
