UPS canada has no issues. I just want to be their "independant customs broker" that clears every shipment.

See, there are no customs. There's only 5% GST (Government Sanctioned Theft - our national sales tax). so if I order 15 dollars worth of food, I will pay 75 cents in GST to the government. Which if mailed through the post office they will
present me with a bill for. If mailed through UPS they will
present me with a bill for the 75 cents, and $48 dollars for their expert customs clearing "service". Yeah, I feel serviced all right..

No, I'm not kidding.. never ship anything to anyone in canada by UPS unless you hate them and they're dumb. (I'm not, I refuse the shipments and send them back )
