Time to knock back the western high country grazing permits too!
I don't know a lot about that. I know I've seen cattle roaming open range in the Sequoia Forest when I was younger. I had a friend who's family owned land along the foothills of the Forest and they leased land to graze their cattle. They still used cowboys to round them up.
What's the problem? (or should I say "Where's the beef?
I don't remember seeing one. The cows never bothered me. All they did was walk around and eat.
Is the land not accessible? Or over grazed?
