I'm all in for getting lost out there

Great photos. I can see why that trail is so popular. I definitely have to get down there.

If you haven't been to the Leatherwood Wilderness yet that'd be a good choice for getting lost. Take a look at the topo maps from Barkshed to the Buffalo River. Right in between the Ozark NF and the Leatherwood is Push Mountain Road. Push Mtn Rd is a ridge route that runs mostly North/South.

Check out how different the topography is on either side of that road on Google Maps. The Leatherwood side has much steeper and deeper hollows and there are some pretty big limestone bluffs in there. It's pretty nice in there. If you haven't been there yet it's certainly a great spot to get lost for a few days...
