and as for pictures, the trick is to get to a place where you
can get the image location. I clicked on your picture in flickr, selected "medium 500" then I was able to right click in firefox and say "copy image location". that enabled me to copy the url where the picture acutally is, which is

as opposed to the page the picture lives in.

once I had that I poke the image button just to the right of the envelope, and paste that url in there which gets me:




As for pitch it definately looks like you got a bit of sag there, I'd start by tightening up the ridge, maybe a little more tension on the front to back, then adjust the sides.
