hello all,

last year i decided to star wearing sweat wicking tshirts for summer backpacking. this decision was made after many times of coming to camp and having my cotton T completely drenched with sweat.

the sweat wicking shirts definately keep me more dry through out the day, but i feel like i am consuming more water because of them. i think my body may not be cooling down like it should when i sweat because the sweat is just wicked off of me and does not evaporate on my skin.... so i just continuously sweat, meaning i need more water. i was going through water much faster than anyone else in the group, but maybe thats just me idunno.

anyone else have this problem or am i just a thirsty person?

jake
