I kept two six-packs of those bottles around for projects, but nothing ever hit me as being well suited to them. They eventually joined all the rest of the recycled aluminum. They're not good for a pot because they're narrow. A good pot should be as wide as possible to present the maximum amount of surface area to the flame. You can make a stove with them, but it's just a heavier version of the soda can stove. Maybe the aluminum itself could be used in a project.
