Depends on the tastes of the folks involved. Also the lenght of time out to the designated spot on the trail where you propose <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> to serve this meal <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Now, if you can make it to 'the spot' on the first night, you can pretty much plan the meal with everything fresh you like, fruit and veggies, even meat properly wrapped for the trip temperatures.

Myself i indulge in a bit of bubbly, some quality salmon, fresh veggies/salad, nice crusty bread, and a nice small 'Indian fire' for cooking and relaxing by <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" /> YMMV
