DTape member Registered: 11/23/07 Posts: 666 Loc: Upstate NY	Question for all you real salamis... Is the "white stuff" (I am assuming a type of mold) on the outside of the real salamis meant to be eaten (like it is with Brie) or are we expected to "peel" the salami?
