Fred T newbie Registered: 05/08/17 Posts: 4 Loc: Philippines	Currently I live in the Philippines, which makes some interesting places affordable to go to. I am planning a trip to Taiwan to backpack in Taroko and Shei-pi National Parks a couple of days each. Anyone here have experience with: Weather in November Registration System for Backpacking There is quite a bit of information on Climbing and Day Trips, but I haven't found much in the way of backpacking and permits.
