Jump over to YouTube and do a search on Hasty Hooch Part 1 by Tinny. It's a 3-part series that shows you how to build a tarp tent (with a beak) using a inexpensive tarp.

Works pretty good. If you go to Tinny's website (MinibullDesign) and search for Hooch you'll see lots of feed back from folks that have made them.
