We're thinking about a tentative trip next May: starting from the North Rim, a night at Cottonwood, the Brahma Deva Route to Clear Creek spending a night on the saddle, a night at Clear Creek, then to Bright Angel campground (stew! salad!) via Clear Creek Trail, and then back to the North Rim. We've been to Clear Creek before and also taken the Utah Flats Route to Upper Phantom returning via Phantom Creek. I'm having trouble gauging difficulty of the Brahma Deva Route i.t.o. difficulty and exposure: can anyone compare and contrast it with Utah Flats?

Thanks
