1 Hour Deep Full Body Yoga Stretching Routine for Sore Muscles Relief

Watch the full video here: https://youtu.be/yYQB-9DHk_M

In this video I am going to share with you the full body 1 hour yoga stretching routine, that is one of my favorite practice to do after several days of hiking or when I have the sore muscles. I like to do it on the rest days because it does take an hour of your time. It is also great to do after any active sports training, cycling, running and intense workouts. This stretching sequence will help you to release the upper body, arms and shoulders, lower back, and leg muscles.

What is your favorite stretching routine to follow after hiking? What do you do to relieve the sore muscles?

Stretch those quads and hammies! Morning pre-hike stretching is great, but don't forget evening post-hike stretches too - just as important.
