I can't stand Bear Grylls! Most of what he does will only get you hurt or killed

Most of us here like making fun of Bear, except when we are shaking our heads at him and counseling beginners to avoid doing anything they see him doing.

My neighbor runs Bear's production company. I'll have to ask her about the show next time I see her.

The guy has got it going marketing wise. We saw Bear Grylls brand knives in quite a few kitchen utensil shops in Italy.

Erm, Idiot vs. "Wild".

When he did the show in Little River Canyon, here in NE Alabama, he was less than 5 minutes from a convenience store the whole time. LRC isn't wild, by any stretch of the imagination.

I find Bear annoying. He seems always hyper and overly excited. I prefer Survivor Man and Dual Survivor.

I like Les Stroud, on his latest show he definitly gets a few digs towards Bear.
