This recipe is my own creation. I tried it this morning and it tasted very good. It serves 1 heartily. It cooks in a 2 cup container.

Mix all ingredients at home and pack in a snack bag. Soak in water for a few minutes before cooking. Water isn't listed, and depends on if you like runny or solid cereal.

Ingredients in italics can be packed separately and used for trail snacks. The numbers in the left column starting with the yellow line are calories. All weights in the third column are in grams. Just put on the stove and cook until hot.
