I was in Target the other day and checked out the camping aisle. They have a LED head lamp that runs on the same coin cells as the 3-lite. Claimed weight is 1.2 oz (I didn't buy one and check) It comes with two of the coin cells and the best part? $10!

I bought one a farm and fleet same thing 1.2oz I have had it over a year. They work awsome and still works with original Batts. Minehas a very long burn rate. It is also very bright for midnight calls of nature! To carry extra Batterys is ultra light weight too.
