I'm looking for a new winter bag and this seems the perfect time with all the sales going on. I have my eye on a Mountain Hardwear Phantom 0 degree women's, weight is 2lb 10 oz. Anyone have one, if so, how does it holdup and most importantly, is it warm. Thanks in advance for any help.

I do not own this specific bag, but I do have their Phantom +32 that I use during the summer months and in my experience it is true to the rating. I have had it down to +34 degrees last June and it held up better than expected.
As for warmth-- that is a purely subjective term. I find it more than adaquate, you may not. There are so many different things that attribute to keeping warm: physical activity, food and hydration intake, clothing, wind, elevation, camp-site location, shelter etc etc.
With that said, most reviews that I have seen about MH bags generally have the same conclusion that I do and that is that they are true to their rating.
For around the same price point, Montbell's UL Spiral Down Hugger #0 and Montbell's Super Spiral Down Hugger #0 are worth looking at and have great reviews. As does Marmot's Lithium.
Thanks Chris, just looked at the Montbell, what a great bag. Have to admit the sale price on the MG, almost half off their $475 price tag, is a real temptation, but don't want to sacrifice comfort for price.
