Be prepared: i came very inspired, jaajajajaj ...

...But i try to be brief.

My name is Itai. I'm from Argentina, and I live in Israel from the year 2000 (nine years) within which one has been backpacking through South America and Spain. I have also been in other countries like France, Andorra, etc...

During my travels I discovered a great passion not only for travel but also for the pleasure of meeting people with different cultures, folcklore and professions, which in daily life has not been possible to discover them because of the consuming routine, or my economic constraints, such as: fabric, solar cookers, wood works and adobe taught with all the will, patience and in a completely altruistic for the wonderful people I have previously commented them.

Since I've returned to "normal life" I have not stopped questioning the life I/we live in the cities. From the ritm of life to the quality. The injustices and the abandonation about the upper classes or politicians and the harsh reality on cultural, educational, housing, food and economic rules over them. The influence and manipulation of the media on public opinion and the distortion they generate on people, causing grotesque change of values in all levels of society.
Disdain for the life and nature. For this reason and because that my satisfaction is: not the new iPod that came out or by a computer or by the sneakers with inner tube or the like but because among other things ...

1) I love Earth, I believe in good people and that “the union is strength”.

2) I have no other ambition than to see someone smile and receive a hug of heart.

3) I still have a lot of energy, and more if you talk to know that one is using it to build a better world for generations to come.

... I've set a date to go out and change what I think.

The 01-01-11 forwarding coming out of america. I'll start from Buenos Aires and from there to the world. My goal is to form a group of backpackers with many ideals and energies and volunteered to go where they need us. But no like an NGO ... that this very fashion, and where the gross investment in campaigns is not reflected in the results on the reallity. Otherwise, something more

Direct. help small farmers to harvest. Free labor for construction of housing, ecological, educational assistance for children without resources, etc.. We will announce on the radio towns we go.
Someone will need us will take us from there. All we ask in return is food and a place to sleep, and from there, if

is more, even better.

If the work is outdoors, will be camping.

If they have any cover place, will be there.

So, you are more than invited to participate in this project. Very modestly: I think this will be a project that many will take an example.

"Nothing can be lost when one has nothing"

A big hug, and invite you to contact me. Also you can write me to my e-mail box: allforthepeace@gmail.com (whether is to join or to volunteer).

Thank you very much!

Itai

I suspect you may have the wrong site here. This is a forum for US-style "backpacking," which you probably call "wilderness trekking." In other words, we go out in the wilderness hiking on trails, carrying our food, lodging, etc. all on our backs. It's not at all related to budget travel (although many of us have and still do travel).

Have you tried posting on Lonely Planet?
