Hi everyone. I was wondering if someone could point me to a place that sells pouches that would attach to pack waistbelts-something big enough for a snack, and maybe chapstick or folded map.

Thank you for the fast reply. Do you have any other links? They are out of stock, and I have a trip in two weeks.

Hey, thanks! I don't know how the hell I missed Campmor's item-I thought I did a search. I think the first link will work nicely.

I consider zippers on waist belt pockets to be a design flaw.

I prefer zpacks:

I just ordered a pair. I really like the looks of them and like you say, no zippers to mess with.

I can see from the thread that you've probably found what you were looking for, but this is also a great sewing project. You could make them as simple or as fancy as you like and taylor the size to your specific needs as well.

I'm looking at the ZPack stuff too. Too late for this year, and something came up so we will have to see.

Salish,

I have a pair that I have on a separate 1" belt. I quit wearing them on the pack belt because they twist and make the pack hard to get on and off.

2.3 oz. for the belt and pouches.

Food, thanks for the tip. I've already ordered a pair, so I'll see how they work out. Appreciate the heads up.
