A few years ago when I had a single wall Ti cup, I burned my lips drinking hot tea from it. That kinda' took the 'cool' factor away quickly. I sought out to find a fix, since the then 'double wall' cups were heavier and more expensive, and could not be put over a fire.

I found that some commercial coffee cups when the bottoms were cut off, and a slit made in the side, could be wrapped around the Ti cup. It lets the foam cup sit around the lip, and keeps the Ti lip from yours! Free or enjoy a cup o' Joe and then have at it. I've taken to cutting my foam cups so that they fit inside the Ti cup for packing. Let's you hold your Ti cup without burning your hands too <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" />

The heck with a cup, I just drink the coffee strait out of the pot.
