Anyone use Rocky Mountain Resole from Salida, CO?

I sent two pairs of boots to Rocky Mountain Resole in Salida, CO, about a month and a half ago, and are stiil waiting to receive my boots back. Anybody in the area know of this company or use them for repairs? They said my boots shipped weeks ago but still nothing here.

Getting very frustrated. Any help welcome.

I had some boots resoled there some years back. Good work, no problems. Ask them for a tracking number if they shipped UPS or FedEx.
