I finally got around to watching this, and I enjoyed it very much! If only I had seen something like this when I first wanted to start backpacking, I'd have been better off. I mostly researched by mucking through lots of online text, blogs and forums, etc. Most sources are very gear focused, but I like your approach better, touching on gear where necessary but not getting bogged down in it.
